Estimated Delivery Time:

After the order confirmation, made by order basis Only the products will be dispatched in the next 7 – 10 days. The estimate delivery time, after dispatch is as follow:

Southern India: 2-5 working days from dispatch day
Northern India: 5-7 working days from dispatch day

Dispatch Details:

After the product dispatch, you will be provided with the shipment details of your order, for easy tracking of the shipment and to ensure that you are available at the given address to receive the shipment when it is delivered. Kayels Creations is not responsible if the shipment is returned, due to unavailability of recipient at the address.

Cancellation:

If the order is placed, it can be cancelled with 2 days from placing order, and we will refund the total amount. However, order once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
 
Returns:

If any Damages , We will remake or refund the amount, otherwise we cant take returns

Please make video while opening your courier .We are not responsible for any damage and missing of products without video proof (start to make video right from beginning of unboxing)

Due to transportation, if the product is found damaged when received, please mail us at [email protected], with the video & pictures of the damage and the product, within 24 hours of the products received. We will ensure that you receive either a replacement/discount/refund, depending on case to case scenario. The decision in such cases will be at the sole discretion of Kayels Creations.
